[Logan has given himself some time to get dressed, familiarize himself with his surroundings. He's seen enough of the journals to get an idea of how they work.]

Unless I'm mistaken, this book-- [if that's what it truly is.] --should be recording my voice.

If so, then someone should be able to hear this.

[If not, he looks like a fool talking to himself. That was only okay when he was by himself.]

I feel it's plenty safe to presume I am no longer in Albion. Or that many of you may have never heard of it, but that is of little importance.

[To the point!]

I am looking for answers. Explanations. There is more to this beyond random abduction and seemingly useless wings. If any listening has worthwhile information, speak now.

You're in Luceti. The Malnosso run the place, but they mostly leave us alone. Mess with memories or the environment. That kind of thing. Sometimes they pull us into their war against the Third Party.

For the most part, it's quiet here. Free food, free housing, all that.

Depends who you ask. Some people think they're trying to send us back, other people think they like screwing with us, some think we're here to do their fighting. But they don't ask us that often. There are other enclosures, though.

If they're as powerful as everyone implies, we would be gone if that was what they wanted. [The latter two seem most likely.]

Well they can do things like make everybody forget something, or randomlly turn the village into a really hot and sandy plce...Let's just say they can do whatever they want.

Right, the name. Luceti. Weird name for a game, right? Or a world, whatever. Basically, it's completely different from where you were before. And you're stuck here, so deal with it.

Not as much as I'd hope for. Beyond basic information, most seem clueless. [Not that he has any room to talk, but he's allowed to be clueless being new and all.]

Well it depends on what you'd like to know. There is a guide for newcomers to look through at the back of your journal, if that helps any? I-I know most people wonder if there's a way out but, um, perhaps I can help with any questions you might have.

Yeah, see, the wings only serve one purpose, and that's to get in the way. Plus, they're kinda really vulnerable. And believe me, as somepony who already had wings in the first place, I'll be the first one to tell ya that a wing injury's no picnic.

Also, you might as well make yourself comfortable. There's a barrier keeping everybody cooped up in this enclosure, and from what I hear, the rest of this world's pretty hostile. We're talking creepy cultists that wanna kill everybody.

I don't have the time to 'get comfortable'. Surely someone must have left before?

Yep. And a blow to just one of 'em can leave you bedridden for a while. They're way more sensitive than they oughta be, but I guess you could try finding armor or something to cover 'em up.

[Armor's pretty awesome, anyway. Not that she'd wanna wear it all the time; too clunky for a speed demon like her.]

As for leaving, sure, people've left, but it's never their call. And believe me, you'll have loads of time; whatever was happening back in your world's probably been put on hold just like with everyone else.

Given the sheer amount of people that seem to arrive here, it's hardly surprising reactions would start sounding similar. [It sure sounds like a lot of people arrive here.]

Experiments. Those definitely top the list, matching the Malnosso. They're our ... jailers, is probably the best word. Pick your poison, I can talk about either one.

You are correct. We are not only prisoners, but experiments and unwilling soldiers at times as well.

[Sakura's voice is as masculine as always and her tone is flat; she sees no problem with jumping straight into giving answers. She's done it many times by now.]

The main power in this enclosure, Luceti, is the Malnosso. They are not the ones who directly abduct us, however they are the ones who place us within the enclosure. Outside the enclosure, there are warring factions and those who would see us permanently killed instead of returned to our home worlds. There are times when the Malnosso requires our aid in dealing with the problems that arise.

[It's easier to explain things instead of beating around the bush and talking about feelings.]
